Thanks again for the template! I finally attempted to start last night and after reading some hints in the thread, it was pretty easy. The printing does take awhile. How many pages thick would you say your books are? I'm wondering if I'll have to split them into two books? Also can you tell me how much it cost to have them cut and bound at Kinko's? Thanks!
