We headed to Adventureland, where Scott and Sue went to the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. The rest of us jumped in line to meet Tink!
First we met Terrence!
He was very friendly and I liked his outfit a lot. Next up was TINK!
She was super cute and I loved our pose. So precious!
Next we headed over to the Agrabah Bazaar to meet Aladdin and Jasmine! They were riding their carpets and would be over in a minute.
There was a little drama here. Some lady cut us in line, so we went in front of her and she started yelling at us and being so mean! She was a real you-know-what and I could have smacked her. I was so angry that she would make such a huge scene and yell at us for "cutting her" when she had just done the very same thing. It was so rude.
But we let bygones be bygones and allowed the lady and her daughter to go first instead of fighting about it.
After they were gone, it was our turn!
They were both so cute! They were trying to figure out who was related and who wasn't. They thought that Jess, Nat and I were sisters, and were a little confused when we told them that Sarah and I actually were, since we look nothing alike! Aladdin was also a little flirty with Jess, and he asked her to take his arm. I think she almost passed out.
We said goodbye and left Adventureland for Liberty Square! It was time to meet Tiana!
Her gazebo is so well themed, and I just loved the little Bayou elements they added to her meet and greet.
We were really excited!
We said hello to Tiana, and she asked where we were from. We told her, and she asked us about one of the food festivals that we have in our area each summer. We were so excited that she knew about it! She really does know all about food!
We loved meeting Tiana, but we had to say au revior! There were more characters to meet!
We headed to back to Adventureland to meet Ariel and Eric, who were at the verandah!
I think I just about died of happiness at this point. Ariel is my favorite princess, and I am hopelessly in love with Prince Eric. This was a big moment. They were so friendly and loved our nails!
LIFE. COMPLETE.
While we were galavanting around meeting characters, Mom and Scott went over to Tom Sawyer's Island. Here are some pics from their trip over:
Mom loved exploring over there!
We were going to meet up with the 'rents at the Tiki Room, but it wasn't working, so we headed to Pirates to meet up with them!
We love the Cast Member costumes at Pirates!
We all rode Pirates, and on the way out, we saw Pirate Goofy! We decided to say hello.
Clearly I was amused. I love Goofy! Definitely my favorite Fab Five character.
We said so long to Goof and headed over to the best ride of all-time, The Haunted Mansion!
We said hello to the wall-to-wall creeps and then decided that we were HUNGRY. Columbia Harbour House it is!
I don't have pictures of everyone's food, but I do have pics of mine!
I had the fried shrimp with cole slaw, and an apple crisp!
(Sorry they're a little rough.)
We sat upstairs and ate, and everyone really enjoyed their lunch! We spent the majority of the time trying to convince Mom to go on Splash Mountain, but it was a no-go. So, the rest of us headed over there after lunch and she went in search of a less thrilling experience.
Jess and I rode in the front on Splash, and when we reached the showboat scene, we discovered that the birds were ALL DEAD.
It was rather unfortunate.
