Ok Nat is pretty much the cutest thing I've ever seen with that Mickey bar. I love her excitement!

I really have to meet more characters next time I'm there! It's so fun interacting with them. And I obviously have all my princess poses down, so that part will be no problem for me. haha

I'm weird so I love villains and Smee is the man so... right up my alley! Hopefully I'll hit the Characterpalooza perfectly next time I'm in the World! And hopefully by then, Nat has perfected her princess posing haha Well, first timer, so you gotta give her credit!

Chapter 22- "We're going to...PIZZA PLANET!"​

August 20th, 2011​

We were all getting pretty hungry after meeting all those characters, and Jess and I knew that we just HAD to take Nat to Pizza Planet!

Now, if y'all have seen the videos from this trip, you'll understand the intended inflection of the chapter title and why it scared me BIG TIME. If not, you can find the clip HERE.

We headed through my beloved Commissary Lane to Pizza Planet! We ordered our food and headed upstairs to a lovely window table with our trays.

Jess and Nat both got Cheese Pizza:

While I got Pepperoni:

They came with Caesar Salads:

And Mickey Rice Krispy Treats or Chocolate Chip Cookies for Dessert!

Yum!

Who wouldn't be happy whilst holding that deliciousness?

NO ONE.

Our meals were so delicious! There's nothing like Disney Pizza to make a day more magical!

Meanwhile, at Coronado Springs...

Mom, Scott and Sarah had dinner at the Pepper Market that night! I instructed Sarah to take food pictures, but as a couple were blurry, it's imagination time!

Sarah had a pepperoni pizza for her dinner. It was much like mine except she may have even liked hers MORE. I know, I didn't think it was possible either!

Mom had the Oriental Salad with Shrimp and she thought is was great!

Scott had this salad, which I cannot seem to find on the menu anymore:

It seems to have mandarin oranges, purple cabbage, bean sprouts and all sorts of good stuff in there! He loved it!

Now Sarah, being the Frump-in-Training that she is, took pictures of their desserts like this:

Hidden Mickey! Isn't she great? The desserts are Chocolate Mousse Cake, Oreo Cake and Strawberry Shortcake! They all LOVED their desserts!

Back in Hollywood, Nat, Jess and I wandered over to the Great Movie Ride!

Now, I love this ride because there is Mary Poppins stuff EVERYWHERE. I was very excited to see my favorite carrousel horse out and about!

Oh look, there's the Practically Perfect nanny herself!

We also found ourselves in Oz at one point!

Unfortunately, we STILL didn't get the cowboy! Maybe...next time!

Now it was time for another monumental moment for Nat: meeting Woody and Buzz!

She was SOO SO SO excited! She was jumping up and down and waving to them from outside, and they waved back at her!

We hopped in line and enjoyed all that the fun queue had to offer!

Oh no!

Yeah...not sure why I look HAPPY to be strapped to a rocket...probably so Buzz can come save me. <3 Ahh toy crushes.

I'm five.

It's fine.

No one's mad.

All my blabbering and I don't even notice Zurg sneaking up on Nat! NAT WATCH OUT!

Phew. I think she ducked in time.

My mom texted me and said they were at DHS so we had Sarah join us in line!

I wish I had ANDY on the bottom of my shoe!

Finally it was our turn! Nat just about DIED of happiness when she met Woody! It was an emotional and amazing character meet-and-greet experience!

Chapter 23- Our Fantasmic Night!​

August 20th, 2011​

The character interaction with Woody and Buzz was some of the best I'd ever experienced! They were awesome!

Nat was SO happy!

I think Woody was pretty taken with Nat too!

It was truly one of those timeless moments of Disney magic.

After Nat's tears subsided, we met up with Mom and Scott at the Writer's Stop! She got some coffee and I got myself a carrot cake cookie!

After that, we headed off to see some of my Muppet friends!

Not those ones, but they came with me, ya see.

I was really quite excited.

After that, Jess and Nat went to use their Rock n' Roller Coaster Fastpasses while the rest of us got caught up at another DVC kiosk! I pin traded with the Cast Member and he talked to my parents about DVC! They were becoming more and more interested as the days went by! YAY!

After we chatted with him for a while, we headed to Hollywood Boulevard, where Mulch, Sweat and Sheers was playing! I love that band, so we stayed and listened for a while!

We decided we needed to take a spotlight picture as well.

We all look SUPER washed out.

Mom, Scott and Sarah decided that they wanted to head back to CSR for a night swim, so we said our goodbyes and I went to meet up with Jess and Nat.

We decided to see Fantasmic, so we all queued up and Jess got a frozen lemonade for us to share.

While we were waiting in the line leading up to the theater, we noticed a tree with a Hidden Mickey made out of flowers on it!

We weren't sure if it was intentional or not because it just looked SO perfect!

Us Frumps got ourselves some great seats right in the SPLASH ZONE.

It was perfect for getting into the experience and taking some awesome pics!

We saw Ariel and Prince Eric:

And all the Disney gang!

I love that Megara is on the boat. I love her and her sarcasm and you just NEVER see her out! It's so sad! I would probably die if I got to meet her.

We even saw Aladdin! AND he waved to us!

EPIC SCORE.

After Fantasmic, there were no EMH so we frumped it outta the park!

We're REAL precious.

We didn't wait too long for a bus back to CSR, but while we were waiting I found this stroller sign that someone had lost, and decided to pretend that my last name was now Rodriguez.

No one was mad...except maybe the Rodriguez family.

Ah well.

We got back to Coronado Springs and went to sleeeeep. We had an early rise ahead of us tomorrow!

YAY! It's time for... PIZZA PLANET! Oh my gosh, I love that little inflection in the clip. You frumps. Anyways, the eatings there are looking good! I seriously wish on my last visit there I had gotten the lovely Disney pizza or was at least having more of a hankering for the meatball sub I ordered instead. Anyways, love all the pictures you have of the Mickey Rice Krispie Treats! Oh, so tempting!

Awwww... that's awesome to hear Sarah is becoming a new little DISers/Frump! A shame you couldn't just show us her blurry attempts at a food picture! But the one she got of the desserts, very creative and just saying, I could totally go for a Strawberry Shortcake right now! YUM!

to riding the GMR! I absolutely love that horse too. I have developed a recent obsession with that movie, well, show, since there is a show on Broadway (AND TOURING!!!!) of the same name, produced by Disney and... well Disney + Broadway = HEAVEN for me. Though nothing could ever beat Julie Andrews' interpretation of the role for me Sorry you didn't get the Cowboy scene, I heard it will more likely be shown if you go during a busy time so... maybe when you're there during Christmas and for the end of August, you'll see it

Awwww, your M&G with Buzzy and Woody is just so adorable! Every time I watch it, I can't help but smile and laugh. Nat's reaction to them and her reaction after, PRICELESS! And I think it's so awesome how you are smiling over the fact you are about to be propelled into the air in a rocket of which you could possibly fall out of. You are one crazy frump! Oh and Nat's deer face while looking at the creepy Baby Octopus toy thingamajigga is perfect. You guys just have WAY too much fun!

Hi again

Loving that Jess and Nat surprised you! How adorable!

Buzz and Woody were my favourite characters we met when we went last. Buzz was great and went into spanish mode doing the flamenco! Then he grabbed me to dance with him when the CM told him I had pigtails like Jessie! <3 I almost died I was that happy! He then pulled my pigtails! He was so silly!
