"I Don't Wanna Meet Mickey In a Frumpin' Poncho!" An August 2011 TR! COMPLETE 11/30

Well it's a little confusing! We will be there November 22-28th.
We have DVC (the Wilderness Lodge is our home resort) and we could only get two nights at the WL (booking 11 months out) and two nights at Saratoga Springs, booking 7 months out. Craziness, I know!

So we'll be at SSR the 22-24th.
And the WL the 24-26th.

Just a few weeks ago, we extended our vacation two extra days. So from the 26-28th we are staying at the Art of Animation!

So it's going to be a crazy vacation with all of the resort switching but I can't WAIT to see all of the Christmas decorations!

That's gonna be amazing! Wilderness Lodge with the Christmas decorations will be incredible. I've never stayed there, but I hope to someday! I LOVED SSR in May, so I'm sure you'll have a great experience there! AoA will be awesome too! I hope to stay there at some point next year.​

I used to be obsessed with Marie when I was little. That journal is ADORABLE! It totally is perfect for Kara!

The Poly is such an incredible resort.

Yeah! Definitely some awesome resort choices!

We're staying in one of the Royal Rooms at Port Orleans- Riverside! I've wanted to stay in one since I first found out about them, so I can't wait!! Perfect for a girls trip, I think!​

No it is NOT! It's very monotone. The guy is way too nonchalant about it. So upsetting...

A few years ago, I always though that I'd splurge to stay at the Poly for my Disneymoon, but when I actually looked at prices, I was in shock that it could cost so much! Haha, I mean, it makes sense because it's be AWESOME to be at a monorail resort. I still get so excited when I see pictures of the place. It still amazes me that all the resorts can have such a different feel!

That Marie notebook was adorable. The Aristocats is one of my all time favorite Disney movies. I got my pic taken were her on our recent trip - I had never seen her out before and was SO excited.

I am so late to this party its not even funny! I have started to read the TR a hundred times and something always makes me stop halfway through. This time I just jumped to the end to say Then I'll go back and finish reading.

Just noticed on the July boards that we will be there the same time. I am going the 18th-23rd (POFQ first time). Taking my "little" cousin for a highschool graduation present. She has never been! So excited that we might possibly see some Frumps in action

This breakfast was totally life-changing.

Only someone who has had those pancakes can truly understand just how life changing a meal can be! We were lucky enough to stay at the Poly in Feb and we ate breakfast here 3 times and dinner twice. Those pancakes were AMAZING! I tried the Tonga Toast in Captain Cooks and wasn't impressed. No contest to the Mac Pine Pans (as I like to call them). Have you tried the Coconut Almond Chicken at Kona for diner??

It is SUPER expensive. The monorail resorts are VERY expensive though. I always say that when I do the College Program I'm gonna use my awesome discount to stay there! It's so beautiful! It amazes me that they can all be so different and yet they al feel like home.​

So true! That meal was incredible! It's definitely become one of our all-time favorite places to eat EVER!! That's amazing that you got to stay there! It's a dream of mine... That's awesome! What wonderful dining experiences! I've never tried that chicken, but I might have to give it a try on my next Kona visit for dinner!​
