But I should. I really need to get back OP with WW and just to lose weight in general. All of you seem to be really supportive and I hope to spend more time here.

I am going to restart WW tomorrow and get back OP if its the last thing I do! (Hope not since I am going to WDW in a month!)

Welcome! If you need motivation and support, then just hang out here on the WISH board! This board has been an amazing help to me, both to celebrate the successes and to help and support me when I'm not able to stay the course on my own.

You might consider creating a WISH Journal. I post my food and thoughts daily and my weekly weigh-in results so I can see my progress. I have a couple WISH friends who are kind enough to read and post to my journal and their support has meant the world to me.

Hope you got a good start on WW yesterday! If you keep hangin' around here, you'll be lean and mean for your trip to WDW (or shortly thereafter .

You'll find the group here 100% supportive, so you can't fail. Keep up the good work, and start doing some energetic walking now. It'll speed up the weight loss and you'll need the "training" for your trip next month.

Welcome! I'm soooo super glad to see another WW joining WISH! I too follow the WW program, on my own. But no matter which eating lifestyle one follows, the support and friendship on WISH just can't be topped!

Follow this link to "officially" take the WISH challenge and grap the famous clippie to add to your siggie. It really is motivating to change that clip-art and wear it with pride! I'm proud of your choice to a healthier lifestyle!
