We always do the shoeboxes. I do one each from all my 3 ds, and maybe a girl too. I can just imagine the smile on a boys face when he opens that box. What a blessing. I also will never get out of my mind the school that was in Russia and was terrorized and the children had just opened the boxes in their gym. That was shown on the news. We also give to other organizations. I hope you find one you might enjoy donating to.

I always recycle all the catalogs I get in the mail. I would agree with the other posters, contact them and they would remove your name.

that they will NEVER see one penny from my household... In the last 2 weeks we have rcv'd not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6...... but SEVENTEEN catalogs from them. What a waste of money and trees.

I get them with Charles, Chuck, CJ, Chas... with a middle initial, with the 3rd.... with misspelled last names..... on and on it goes.

This is obviously a mistake. So call them already

Samaritan's Purse is an outstanding, fully credible, Christian organization that does amazing work around the world. There is obviously a glitch with your catalogs. Let them know so they can fix it. This does make it a bad or dishonest organization.

As you can see he was the highest paid leader of an international relief agency based in the United States and that didn't even include his second large salary as head of the Billy Graham organization.

Actually, in your initial post, you do sound more annoyed than befuddled. I thought the same thing. That someone was wanting to play a little prank on you at this organization's expense, and the prank seemed to be meeting the prankster's goal.

Well, I am befuddled in that I can't believe that their mailing software can't alert them to the fact that they have sent 17 catalogs to the same address....

I don't care enough to call... I just throw them in the trash.

Informative article. I found it interesting that he feels that he's overpaid (since it's a calling). I kinda agree with him on that one.
