Why are people so obessed with getting certain magic pins?
I have a few magic pins (the pirate and the buried in treasure. I would enjoy getting rid of the buried in treasure one, because I don't like it), but honestly I'm ok with not wanting any magic pins at all (I just wish I had Mickey ears, but I don't have the magic pins that people want for their ears. I do however have 2 jungle cruise teleporters that I bought on accident. Silly me).
Am I just weird or something?

I say to each their own. I think some people like the challenge of getting the pins. I could go either way...would be nice to have them all, but I'm not going to spend my life on VMK trying to complete my set. :)

That was very well said!

I agree about not being obsessed, but I do like the magic pins. Though they don't do much and get trite after a while, I find that they are useful for moments of laughter in the right hands. I have made quite a few jokes or puns with creative uses for some of them. Like the dancing pirate - Shake that arg! it's your birthday, arg!, it's your birthday arg! OR the ever popular question, "Has anyone seen my other eye?" pirate:

In the game, the previous phrases are all in VMK speak, of course.

hahah..I go to WDW a lot and I am not a big collector, but for some reason in this game I find myself looking for the different types of pins...

I'm not that into pins either. If I get them, I get them, if I don't Im ok with that. Even the ears, if I get them, I get them. Im not obsessed at all. Just don't take my crown. At least here in the game I can be a princess. LOL
