i don't get it..

i've been out raking for about an hour and even though i'm wearing jeans, and a long sleeve shirt, i've got bug bites (i didn't even know bugs were around now!) all over me! how did they get inside my clothes?!

Mosquitos "bite" through clothes because their stinger (I guess) is so very, very tiny. Through their eyes, the usual thread count of clothes is a big enough hole to them to bite.
