I am with you OP! It is 30 degrees and snowing where I live so I am definitely dreaming of a Disney vacation right about now
. I had my initial concerns over all the changes taking place, but we decided that when it comes time to plan and book our next trip that we will find a way to adapt to the changes and just plan things differently so that we can continue to enjoy WDW! We love the Disney World experience and it is definitely a happy place for us. We definitely don't spend thousands of dollars to just experience the "atmosphere", but I have to say that out of all the places we've vacationed, Disney is the only place where I get goosebumps when I first step foot onto the property. There is an unmatched feeling I get when we first go to MK and see the castle for the first time or see the Epcot ball (Spaceship Earth) for the first time during our trip. I have a child with autism too and on our last trip he wanted to stay at the MK train station balcony just to stare at the castle and watch people walking down Main Street, so we all happily spent 30 minutes just admiring the view and being in awe of the castle and also in that moment the fact that we were able to take our four kids back to this place and I have to say that was one of the highlights of our recent trip
