But why do I get stuck with doing their job?? I know my benefits very well, yet the dentist office gives me the wrong benefits and the insurance company gives the wrong info....what's wrong with that?? Why do I have to keep repeating myself and then they tell me, oh yeah...wait a minute, you are correct.
I HATE THAT!!! I don't work for neither one of them and I have to do their job?? might as well pay me for it!
Sorry but they do this to me every single time, except now I know better and I don't get stuck with surprise bills!

I have one complaint..........Why is it when you call to correct these problems you cannot get a single person who can make a decision. It seems like I have to go up the chain of command to find one that can make a simple decision.
