I Did Not Get My Disney Movie Reward Codes With The Movies :(

OK SO TODAY I WENT TO TARGET WITH MY MOM AND BOUGHT THE {FOX AND THE HOUND 2} AND I BOUGHT {AIR BUDDIES} WITH MONEY THAT I HAVE SAVED FOR OVER A MONTH TO GET THIS. AND I OPEN THEM AND THEY BOTH HAVE NO CODES . AND THEY WERE BOTH DOUBLE CREDIT MOVIES AND THAT WOULD HAVE BORUGHT ME UP TO THE 500 CREDIT MARK THAT I NEED FOR THE {VMK HOME THEATRE SYSTEM} THIS REALLY STINKS AND I AM VERY SAD BECAUSE TARGET WONT LET ME TRADE THEM FOR OTHER DVDS BECUASE I OPENED THEM AND WASTED ALL MY MONEY THAT I HAD ON THEM. IDK WHAT TO DO AND I MEAN I WANTED TO SEE THE MOVIES I JUST WANTED THE CODES TOO. I REALL WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO GETING THE HOME THEATRE SYSTEM BUT ONCE AGAIN MY DREAMS HAVE DIED. ANYWAY IM SITTING IN MY {NEVER} SOON TO BE MOVIE THEATRE ON VMK MY VMK NAME IS fantasmic_fantesy SO YEA ILL BE IN WITH THE FEW ITEMS THAT I SPENT BIG ON TO GET THEM FOR THE THEATRE AND NOW MIGHT SELL - TY FOR YOUR TIME - fantasmic_fantesy.

they have a contact button and you can email them and let htem know what happened -

they will send you a fax number and all you have to do is send them copy of the receipts and information and tehy will email you a code

I am sure if you tell them that you got them for the double credits they will help you

If anyone else did not receive an insert with a code, here is what I now know:

1. Call 1-866-246-8646
2. You will speak with a representative who will take down your personal information and ask for a number off the case of your DVD.
3. Then, you must fax your sales receipt showing the purchase of that DVD, along with your name, address, and phone number to 888-832-6001, Attn: Disney Movie Rewards
4. In theory, a code will then be sent to you via mail.

How can you tell that a movie has a code in it? I just joined, finding a Cars code in the DVD and I'm up to 200 pts. I'm into it now, its really simple. VMK Home Theatre Set, here I come! One question though, does the movie say that there is a code on the outside? I think I remember a sticker on the DVD that said Disney Movie Reward but I'm not sure.

I didnt even do steps 1 and 2 all i did was

Fax your full name, address and email address, plus a copy of
your store receipt, to 888-832-6001, marking to the attention of the
Disney Movie Rewards Consumer Relations Team

and i received my codes via email in about 2 days

This happened to me with Fox & Hound as well. I have to US Mail them them the Proof of Purchase because of course that is the one receipt that I can't find!

I had a problem with a Cheetah Girl code as well. It was acting like I had already input it. In that case I faxed the receipt and info to them and within a day I had a new code!

Each comes with a different code but you can only use 1 code from a specific movie per movie rewards account.
