I upgraded our reservations at the Poly to GV concierge! You all have talked me into it, what will I love?

Congrats! We are having our 1st trip to Poly in the fall, we are not doing concierge - DH wouldn't pay the difference. I'm just happy to be staying there though. Give us a full report!

You will love everything! For starters, separate check in (less hassle/wait); assistance from the concierge staff in any special requests you might have like hard to get PS, special events, etc (you should probably email them with any requests and not wait for them to get to get in touch with you); the ease of grabbing breakfast or a quick snack/drink throughout the day; just the pleasure of sitting in the lounge watching the sun rise over the lagoon in the morning or the fireworks and ELP at nite; ease of getting to/from the pools, marina and the ferry dock for travel to MK. We love the Poly in all its forms (GV vs LV vs concierge)...hoping you will too
