$32.00 ON HOLD on QR in rewards...Bummer!!:scared: LOL...Boo Hoo to me! :rotfl:

Ohhh and some of the kits have already arrived. LOL

I am expecting a lot of these credits to come in next week. Your old navy order will be credited in a few min :) I am almost up to your email.

I'm right there with sweetie. We will get credit but it always so fast at quick rewards that it's that much harder to wait.

I have three on hold offers for $36. This is a first for me. How long does it usually take for the credits to come through? I wonder what the percentage is of on hold offers that don't credit.

I would say less then 3% of all the offers done on QR are placed on hold. It also depends on the offer. Sometimes it could be 100% of the signups for a certain offer are placed on hold. Some offers take a few days to report so we have them pending until they report. Sometimes an offer does not report because cookies were not cleared or something didn't track and would require manual credit. We pend them until the credit comes in. There is no exact answer to your question because it depends on many variables. All I know is that if an offer is on hold that does not mean it necessarily didn't credit correctly or it does not mean that you not getting paid for it. As soon as the credits come in (some take a day and some a few weeks) you will get credited.
If your transaction is on hold because it is missing we do our best to get the manual credit asap, but sometimes it is way out of our hands. What I think makes QR different then most other sites is that we actually follow up on missing transactions (most other sites have a policy if we don’t get credited, you don’t get credited period) and a lot of times if we can’t get the issue resolved or if we think it is impossible to resolve it we will just issue you the credit without getting paid from the advertiser.

Very interesting! Thank you for the detail response and yes I can see now that there is no exact answer with all those variables going on.

Let me ask you another question. If an offer is on hold for a couple of weeks and I do not see a change/credit/declined do I need to contact you or do you eventually just remove the hold mark it declilned or whatever? I seem to be checking my offer status for a change daily (not really knowing what to expect since this is my first time dealing with holds). I guess what i'm asking is there a time limit where you just close it.

Also If an offer doesn't track and doesn't show up on the offer staus page is it a complete loss cause?

I forgot one major thing. We only place bigger offers on hold. We don’t do this with little offers. There is no way I can ever get a manual credit for a 25cent offer. The advertisers will not even respond to an email asking them to look at why a 25cent offer didn’t credit.

Here are the answers to your questions:
“If an offer is on hold for a couple of weeks and I do not see a change/credit/declined do I need to contact you or do you eventually just remove the hold mark it declilned or whatever?” and “I guess what i'm asking is there a time limit where you just close it.”
If an offer is on hold you can follow up with me. For some advertisers I submit manual credit request at the end of the month and then they take a few weeks to get back to me. Some advertisers take weeks (months) to solve an issue or don’t respond to my emails unless I start bugging them 100 times. We do not decline anything on hold until we reach the advertiser. If the advertiser says that they are not paying for this transaction because lets say you used another competitor to place this order or some other reason then we will decline it and let you know why it was declined. Sometimes (and this happens a lot) I try to contact an advertiser for weeks and they just don’t respond so I just give up on trying to contact them. In this case I just approve all these or come up with an alternative solution that will benefit the members involved in this. We never decline anything eventually for no reason just to clean up the database. So no there is no time limit.

“Also If an offer doesn't track and doesn't show up on the offer staus page is it a complete loss cause?”
I think that if an offer does not track it would still show up as ON HOLD or DENIED. Please note the current OFFER STATS is not 100% accurate. Sometimes members ask me how come I never got credited for this paid email. I am checking offer stats and it is not there, but when I check my internal control panel I see that they did in fact get credited. The new QR will have a super improved way of you checking every little action you do on QR.
