I Could Have Had a Cruise. Instead, I'm Going to WDW! May 2010 PTR - ONE MORE DAY!!!

Great Jasmine night Alicia!! I wanted to reach in and sneak a bite of that monkey bread myself. It looks so sweet and yummy!!! I like the stuff you bought at the dollar store for the kids. Those molds will be so much fun! :thumbsup2

Happy Mother's Day Alicia! Hope you've had a wonderful day with your cute kiddos!!:hug::hug:

Hey, Alicia -- sorry about your refrigerator -- hope everything turned out okay! And, I hope it turned out to be an awesome, magical Mother's Day for you. :goodvibes

And, no, don't trade in your Disney Days for Disney Nights. ;)

Great Jasmine night! Yay for shopping. Hope the fridge got fixed! Happy Mother's Day!!

The monkey bread was good but you know me, I'd be happier with cake. ;)

Thank you! I hope you had a great day with your family!

Someone is supposed to come out between 8 and 12 to look at it. I really do not like being here without Mike when repair people come in the house but that's what has to be done. I had enough sense to take down the Disney countdown calendar so the repair person wouldn't know we were going to be out of town.

Thank you Vickie! I liked all your goodies you got. And no, I will not be trading in our Disney days for Disney nights (although one would be less expensive than the other...)

Thank you Mary! I hope you had a great Mother's Day too!

Hopefully the fridge will be fixed today. I really hope it does since we are out of food and Ii can't go to the store till we get the fridge fixed. We think the fan went out in it. So hopefully the repair person will have the right part available.

I hope all of you mommies out there had a great Mother’s Day!

Mine was somewhat eventful with our fridge going out. Hopefully that will get fixed today though.

I got one of my Mother’s Day gifts last Friday after Alex got out of school. He came walking out and handed me a red bag. He said “This is for you for Mother’s Day Mommy.” Here’s what I found:

I got to take a nap, play on Facebook and Disboards, I ate Cracker Barrel for breakfast and McAlister’s for dinner and I watch videos of both Alex and Lauren’s first years. That’s an awesome day in my book! :thumbsup2

Sounds like a great Mommy's Day!!! :)

I love those wonderful gifts our kids make for us Moms. They are so special!!!

Hope the fridge is fixed!!

I haven't been Dising too much the last few days. Your Aladdin night was so cute. I used to make chicken and veggie kabobs all the time but haven't done it in a while. But, after looking at your's, it reminds me how good they were and that I need to grill some up.

I am a Dollar Tree fan! Like you, I keep putting things in my basket 'cause it's only a dollar. When I get to the checkout, I always have more than I came for.

Sure hope that the fridge gets fixed and that it doesn't cost too much to repair it.

Well, $270 later, the fridge is fixed. It was the defrost thermometer (whatever that is). I think it's crazy that the part cost around $50 and the labor was almost $200 dollars. Then they add tax individually to the labor and the part. Oh well. At least it works and I can go buy us some food (we were starting to run low).

One good thing is that I never like having a ton of food in the fridge while we're on vacation so this gave us an excuse to clean out the fridge.

Hopefully that's all of the pre-vacation excitement we'll see. :thumbsup2

I love the gifts they make. I almost cried when Alex gave me the mug.

Fridge is fixed and is cooling nicely! Now on to get some food to replace what we lost.

Doesn't it just make you so mad that the labor is so expensive?!?! I can kind of understand but it still doesn't make my pocketbook feel any better.

I sure hope that's all the "excitement" too!

I just realized I forgot to post a belated HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! Your cards and gift were very sweet.

I've been having a hard time keeping up with trip reports lately. I have such a huge list of things to do before we leave that it's hard to find time to update this one. I still have 3 days left to post!!! I better get moving!

I'm always shocked by the total after they ring stuff up at the Dollar Tree. I had already told Mike I was going to crazy for our last Disney night so I wasn't too surprised with the total this time.

Fridge is fixed. Glad it's over but it's never fun to pay for a repair. I could just imagine Mike cringing when I told him the total.

I hope you had a great Mother's Day Lisa!

Well, I was two updates behind, but now I'm caught up! :thumbsup2

Love Aladdin night---monkey bread=yummy!

Hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day---Sounds as if you did! :)
