It is a 5K race, and I was able to run the whole thing and really felt great.

That's awesome! I only listen to Disney music when I run.

And what's with that one random guy in orange? Someone didn't get the memo.

Rob and I hit up Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. first (my fav!)

That's Jim's favorite too! And sadly we don't have one in Atlanta. We do hit it up any time we are at Universal.

I was a tiny bit disappointed because I didn't get the right luggage tag!!

Hmmmm, I'll have to let you know what I get. Our bands shipped today! I wonder if they are starting to run out of those, maybe phasing them out for something different?

I can hardly believe it's this close to our trip. I'm already trying to figure out when I can go back and we haven't even gotten there yet. LOL Plus, reading some TRs lately about cruising

This is me every day! I so badly want to do a cruise but they are so expensive I would have to skip Disney World for a year which I haven't been able to bring myself to do yet.

Every time a Disney song popped up on my playlist I was smiling and almost tearfully giddy thinking the next race I run will be in Epcot!!!

Oh yay! That's so exciting! I'm starting to get anxious-excited about Marathon weekend, too! I run to a lot of Disney. Nathan only runs to loud music with a strong beat, etc., but I'm all Moana all the way! Tarzan's my jam! Sometimes even soundtracks like Wishes and Fantasmic.

I am the one who personalizes all the ornaments people purchase, so I've been a busy little bee!!

I went once when I graduated high school and then we went on our Honeymoon. We did the split Land and Sea cruise so we spent half the week at WDW and the other half on the boat--best of both worlds!! Though now that I'm a more seasoned Disney traveler, that's not enough time on either land OR sea!!! What to do, what to do!?

What color bands did you go with this time?

I went with yellow to go with my race costume although I'll probably end up wearing my Pluto Magic Band. But I want to get all the colors in the new style so I just stuck with yellow. I have grey, green and now yellow. Jim went with purple. He was so excited when they added that. They have a black one now for sale and I'm hoping they will add it to the selections someday because that would be the ultimate color for Jim!

That's an idea. I have such a hard time getting Jim to go for more than a few days though. He's too much of a workaholic. But maybe I'll just leave him at home and take my Mom.

Monday night I got home from another full school day and night at work to discover some more magical mail in our mailbox!! I was a tiny bit disappointed because I didn't get the right luggage tag!!

Aw! Those are both super cute though! We don't get luggage tags as DVC members but your post just reminded me that maybe I'll get them because I booked two nights at POR in April. How does that work? Or, do I have to book a package to get the tags? I think that might be the case, so sadly, still no luggage tags for me

I think you have to book a package....but I'm not 100% sure. If you get Magicbands for your stay, you should get them, I think!?

You have just confirmed to me that you are crazy.

I couldn't believe I was able to get us FoP and Nav'i River Journey in just the right spots on our itinerary!

Oh, I probably should've mentioned that Highway in the Sky Dine Around dates finally opened up for January, so I was able to book that on the 3rd.

Yay can't wait to hear about this.

Our first ADR of the trip will be at 8:40 at Cinderella's Royal Table! I am SO excited to eat dinner there

LOL DH just found out on our trip in Dec. that people can eat there and now wants to do it on our next trip. Boy was I surprised.

Yep. Totally crazy and now that I've done 2 runDisney events, I am totally addicted. I was actually sad the morning of the Half marathon that I didn't get to go run in!! What am I even talking about!?? I didn't even properly train for the 10K I ran. There is seriously something so magical about running through Epcot and the Boardwalk as the sun is just starting to rise. I felt like I was out of the club when people were walking around with their Half medals and I didn't have one! LOL See, you're right. Crazy.

Hope you enjoyed your most recent trip and am looking forward to hearing all about it.

I am having some technical difficulties getting all of my pictures into their folders--they got all scrambled up and out of order, which has been a huge PITA!!! On a happy note, I purchased the archive disc of all our photopass pics, and it arrived over the weekend. Hopefully with that to help me sort our days out, I will be able to get up and running (ha, see what I did there) on this TR!!
