I confused the Zappos return policy with Shoebuy

i bought a pair of crocs on shoebuy, and the size was too big, so i put them right back in the box, and let them sit, then i finally did the return label, gave them to the ups driver and away they went.
well today they got redelivered to me. apparently they have a 60 day return policy. which i see now when i went back on the site.
i was thinking they had a policy like zappos, 365 day returns.
the shoes still have the tag, I don't know what i am going to do with them. i doubt i can recoup my money on ebay.

Find a place in the mall that sells them and ask to exchange them for another size.. its worth a try. Just say you got them as a birthday present.

I don't like Shoe buy because of their return policy. I just had to exchange a pair of shoes last week because of size. Now first off it took 8 days to get the shoes to begin with another 4 for the return label and then they no longer had the size I wanted in stock!! So now I turn to Zappos who was $6 more for the same shoes, ordered the shoes got them with in 12 hours of my order being placed and they were still a bit big on my dd so I called they processed the exchange right away, emailed me the return label, didn't charge me anything for the new shoes, told me just have the old shoes back in 14 days, and I got the new shoes at 9 am the next morning. My call to them was at 7pm the night before. The ups guy took the return shoes and they're back at Zappos already. I'll stick with Zappos in the future.

So now I turn to Zappos, which had $ 6 more for the same shoes, the shoes, they got my order in 12 hours, had been expected and were a little 'big for my dd, so I immediately exchange treatment called, e-mail a return label, did not charge me for new shoes, tell me the old shoes back in 14 days, and I have new shoes at 9:00 the next morning. My appeal to them already 7 pm. The man took the shoes back to Zappos and time. I'll stick with Zappos in the future.

The one and only time I bought from shoebuy, they sent the wrong shoe and in the box was a roach! Thankfully he was alone.
