how long should i wait until i start calling MS to see if my name is in the system

I'd start calling around the 5 day mark. I think we were in around day 8. I've heard others were in sooner and the canned response is 10 days. Also, when you call, if you want internet access, have them walk you through signing on to DVCmember.com.
