I cant sign in to the Disney website ???

I had this issue with my phone earlier. It just kept saying loading. Gave up and came back to it later.
 
Same problem here :confused3 Slightly unnerving. Hopefully all my FP+ reservations are still there.
 
Yes if my reservations and fastpasses are gone I will not be a happy person :furious:. I did print mine out so I have proof :confused3
 

Still not working on the computer for me, but still fine on my phone. I don't dare try to log out and back in from the phone right now for fear it will lock me out too. I just took screenshots of all my fastpass reservations on the phone app-- not that I think that would do much good if everything were actually erased. Surely they will fix it soon? Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

Just seen your ticker. I really hope this is sorted out asap for those of you leaving soon. I just said to DD this evening, imagine if we were trying to make last minute checks and we were leaving tomorrow :crazy2:

MDE website stated name/password not correct, but mine are auto saved. So tried DVC page & it said the same, except I had 2 more login attempts. Arrgg! I called the IT number listed, CM stated they are aware of the problem. Site undergoing enhancements & updates. CM recommend to try tomorrow because if continue will get locked out for 24hrs. I tried my MDE app & it showed my information, so tried website again, had to reset password. So I'm taking a break from trying to login. Hopefully, the are adding FoTLK FP+ reservations.
 
Disney Rumors & News thread, reteetz, posted SDMT FP+ reservations for today opened. So guess system crashed again, just like it did when the original SDMT FP+ opened. I keeping hoping Disney will fix this. Arrgg!
 
According to Disney Customer Service via phone, apparently IT is doing previously unannounced maintenance to the site. Bad timing on their part of course.
 
Spoke with a disney IT CM and she told me that everything should be back to normal by tomorrow morning at the latest.
 
Was just able to get in. Everything is as I left it, all FP+ reservations are there. Whew! Relieved, off to work now!:woohoo::woohoo:
 
Same problem here. Tomorrow is my date to make FP+. Do I need to make them at 12:01 am? I thought I'd take a peek now and can't log on. I knew if there was an issue I would hear about it here. Thanks everyone.
Will I miss out on the hard to get FP+ selections if I wait until morning? If the site is still down can I call them in?

If you want A&E, you probably need to make them tonight, I think most other things will wait, I changed my schedule today to work in another ressie and everything was available, (but didn't change A&E or 7DMT)

Mine is down too. I am not changing my password, hoping they fix it soon, whenever you guys call Tech services, mention it is the same for everyone, hopefully they will get on it quickly.

I thought it was me! I've been having issues for a few days now. My TA fell of the planet (the 180 day mark passed without a word from her), so I want to check to see if she actually made reservations before calling in a panic. It is what it is. If I don;t get something, of well. But I need to see if she made them.
 
I just tried again and no go. I even tried to reset password a couple of days ago and it still says it doesn't match. Just now it said that my address combination was invalid. It's quite frustrating. I know where I live and it won't accept it as an actual city/state/zip combination.
 
Now I'm also getting this message. Guess I'll just try again tomorrow. Wanted to check my balance and check AGAIN for BOG, so it's not a major issue if I can't get on right away, it's just annoying.
 
Just posted another thread without noticing this one. We're in the same boat with three different MDX accounts and several have replied saying the same thing is happening. Hoping that the site/system maintenance is all that's up. Luckily it's not FP+ or ADR booking time for us, but I don't want to lose any of the ressies we have...:faint:
