i can't find the December 24th and 25th podcasts on itunes - is it just my itunes?

i noticed there were new shows last week (discussion and email on december 24th and 25th), but they don't seem to be on itunes....

is it just that my itunes is totally messed up? or is it a general problem with itunes?

It took a long time for them to show up for me, but they're there now. Maybe delete your subscription & re-subscribe?

i don't have a subscription to the show on itunes..

i just periodically go in and download each show, without a subscription..

it's so weird...

i can't understand why that happens...
this isn't the first time...something very odd about itunes..

well i guess what i should do is trying subscribing to it and see if i get access that way...
but it really shouldn't work like that...

keep your fingers crossed...i'll trying subscribing and see if it shows up...

the shows still aren't listed, but the discussion show is automatically downloading now...even though it's not listed..

very strange...it should be listed.....this happens with Lost every now and then....it will load automatically even when the show doesn't appear on the list....

I have a subscription and have been trying several times to get the 12/24 show to download via iTunes and still it won't show up. I have deleted my subscription and resubbed now 3x but still no show I have backed out of iTunes and got back in but still nothing. I thought it was just me... glad to hear it isn't

If you look on the podcasts page for itunes - it should list any of them that you are subscribed to... hit the little arrow next to the name of the podcast and it should list all of the ones that are available... I have 56 of them on my ipod right now to listen to... Even though it's old news... I love listening to the team!!!

Right now the most recent show listed on my iTunes store is 12/18 but I know that can't be right because it auto-downloaded the 12/25 show. The only one I'm missing is the 12/24 show. It doesn't show available on my iTunes and I can't figure it out. I have logged out of my computer and logged back in - I've also verified I have the most recent version of iTunes. Any other ideas?

and in my case, itunes finally downloaded the 12/24 show, but not the 12/25 show....i still can't get the 12/25 show...

the wonders of the cyberworld - not exactly 100% fullproof....i wouldn't want to have to stake my life on this technology (but then again, i'm kind of anti-technology to begin with)..

the 12/24 show automatically downloaded once i subscribed, but the 12/25 show didn't and it's not listed (the 12/24 show still isn't listed either)...

i finally listened to the 12/25 show straight from here (the streaming version), but still i'd like to have it on my ipod....mainly for that "podlisteners go wild" series of phone calls....

I just checked itunes again and now they're both finally listed in the itunes store - both 12/24 and 12/25...
so check the itunes store again and see if they're listed for you...

Thanks for trying, but I'm about ready to give up. That little exclamation point is killing me every time I log on. I thought maybe it was because DH's account was logged on for his iPhone instead of my regular old ipod but nope, I logged him out and me in and still nothing. The last show avail is 12/18 even though the 12/25 show auto-downloaded for me. Oh well - I will give up and just "listen now" as soon as I get a few moments peace (maybe sometime in '09???) Happy New Year!

Instead of deleting and re-subscribing to a podcast you can force iTunes to reload the entire list of available episodes.

1. Collapse the episode list in iTunes by clicking the disclosure triangle next to the podcast name.
2. Hold down the Option (Mac)/Shift (Windows) key and click on the disclosure triangle. This will cause iTunes to reload the entire list, as well as expanding the listing.
3. All the available episodes will re-appear, simply “Get” the one(s) you want to download again.
