Non-Disney Online Games I can't figure out how to sign in to Elf Island

I discovered I was on Boat Three, but I missed the boat.

When I click the link shown to play, I get a Windows pop up to sign in, and there's no place to say "forgot password".

I'm not even sure if my user name is correct. Bummer.

In an e-mail exchange I had with someone from GoodEgg, I was told that widows pop-up is what you get when the game isn't open. They're working on a better "closed" screen.

It opens at 4:00 PM EST. If you try to sign in now, the page won't even show up.

During this testing phase the hours are 4-10 pm eastern. Once it opens you need to click the link that said you had preregistered all ready and it will take you through the steps.
