I can't believe what happened to my printer!

So, I've been looking through all of these beautiful t-shirt designs and have picked the ones I want to use. I decide to start printing them off and voila! My printer will not print using the black and blue ink....everything turns out red! We have new ink cartridges in so that's not the problem, but I can't figure out what the deal is. Anyone have any ideas? We have an Epson stylus photo RX500....

Did you happen to take out the cartridges at all and put them back into their holder? Epson printer cartridges have a memory chip on them and once they are taken out, they are worthless and are read as being empty...just a thought.
