When I did reservations for a "certain resort" we had our share of grumpies too. It didn't matter if you offered them a Deluxe, They were too pricey. The moderates were Nice, but well you know.. and the value resorts were just too small. There was always a reason. And of course there was never a low enough rate, and never Just the right room. I could give you all the reasons. *chuckles* You just can't make some people happy.

. I've been sworn at for leaving at the end of my scheduled shift, had a customer grab me before I even got inside the jewelry counter at the beginning of a shift, and another customer complain that the sales associates "shouldn't be allowed to take lunch and dinner breaks this time of year "
I'm just glad I've put in my hours for the week so I didn't have to work today!!
