This is so embarassing...

So, I'm not exactly the best driver yet, but I'm pretty good on the roads. The only thing I really suck at is going in reverse and parking. My mom let me drive home from dance tonight, but she had to go to the post office first. She told me to pull into a parking space. I have a problem with slowing down when I park. I slow down too much and then I hit the gas to try and correct myself. So I went to park and accidentally hit the gas too hard and ran into the cement wall outside of the post office! And I bent one of the handrails. I felt like such an idiot. Now there's a big black scrape on the wall and a bent railing.

I had to get that out because I've been freaking out all night.

oh the car's fine...there's paint scraped off and a dent in the front, but it still runs, which is good. It's mainly my ego that's damaged. xD

Thanks everyone for the encouraging words. And yes, I have definitely learned from my mistake. No more driving into post offices. xD
