I can find nothing but club rooms and suites for the Royal Pacific for end of January

Anybody know if there is an event at the Royal Pacific the weekend of January 21-23. I was holding off booking hoping the rates would come down, and suddenly there is nothing available that weekend under $300 a night! I ended up holding a room at the Hard Rock for 235 a night, but I was hoping to get a better rate and stay at the Royal Pacific.

There are so many conventions and special Harry Potter groups that you just never know what is happening at the hotels.
