You can check the availability of your dates here http://www.hojoanaheim.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=14. It looks as though only your first night is available right now. Also, make sure you ask if you have reached in house reservations when you call. They are the only ones who know about the 59/79 Ent. rates.
Hojo Anaheim's in-house reservations dept. might only work Mon-Fri during regular business hours. Once I called Hojo Anaheim directly and asked to speak to reservations, but because it was outside regular business hours they transferred me to central reservations without telling me. And central reservations didn't know anything about the special Ent. rate.
Like the previous poster said, make sure you ask if you've reached in-house reservations.
Are you sure you got their "IN HOUSE" reservations? Because if they just transfer you to the regular reservation line they may not know what you're referring to. In house reservations is your best bet.
I just wanted to add that if the ent rate is not available you can ask for a 15% discount as a memeber of this message board for any night.
I called last week to change my dates, and got very frustrated because I kept getting sent to central reservations. I would ask them if they were the in-house reservations, and both times, the person 'skirted the question' and said "yes we do the reservations for Anaheim". When I said ok that means you can give me my ent card and message board discount, she then told me that she would transfer me to the desk of the person that handles them. (AKA-in house reservations!)
I just wanted you to know that in my experience, central reservations is not so forth coming about their location. YMMV
Oh yes. They flat out lied to me, saying "yes" when I asked if they were in house reservations. I finally has to ask if she was there, at the hotel, in Anaheim, and she finally relented and admitted she was not.
I realized later that I was calling around noon on a weekday, so all the in house people were off noshing.
If you get the card you get the book...out of which we gave my parents or coupon for the Chinese restaurant around the corner when they went for their anniversary dinner. Looking it over there are a lot of money saving stuff...
yes, we were talking about the Ent. Book this weekend at the Girls' Mini-Meet. We all agreed that we had used several of the discounts (since you can buy the book for your area and use that card) and the book pays for itself in just a couple of uses.
For me, I didn't talk to anyone before it was transferred over. It rang and rang and rang, then there was a sort of pause and just a different sound on the connection, and then it rang again and I got the liar, LOL.

Oh yes. Especially in my area it's terrific! Last year I waited until late Nov to buy mine, and spent $15 on my book. The book had 4 $5 coupons for Safeway grocery store (Von's in So Cal), which obviously made the book GIVE me money.
