who knows? I got the same answer...when of course I wasn't getting chewed out by the cms for calling in the first place.

Ha ha! I got the lecture yesterday about if I had a pin code then I would've gotten a postcard end of story.

We are going in May and the couple that we are going with called yesterday regarding the pin codes. The CM was very nice and told her that she did not have one yet, but to keep checking. I think they do know something we don't.

You can tell right off the bat if the CM will be nice or not. I just want to hang up right away and try again lol

I called and was told that I had a code, but when she gave me the quote it was the same price as rack rates. I pointed this out to her and she agreed that it was the same and couldn't understand why . I also received an e-mail with a 20% off offer, but same results - rack rates. So if you are told that you have a code be sure you know what the rates are and can make an informed decision.
