I bought the South Beach Diet Cookbook

Hi

I haven't tried any of the receipes yet, however, I purchased the
SBD Cookbook today from Sam's Club.

The cover price is $25.95 and I got it for $14.67.

The pictures in the book are so beautiful and the book is so nice
I'm almost afraid to use it. I don't want to mess it up.

I will post my findings sometime within the week. Since tax season is over I will have time to really cook.


I'm looking forward to trying some of the new vegetarian receipes.(We are vegetarians.)

You'll have to let us know how the recipes turn out.

I love the ones from the diet book, especially the quiche ones, but I have modified them and made lots of different kinds.

I just bought it also - will be starting my diet on Monday. My dear sweet 8 yr old son saw my new cookbook and said "Mom, you don't need a cookbook. You are the best cook ever!" My heart just melted.
