There are a number of threads that have been restricted to a single thread to keep the boards from becoming too cluttered, as well as to keep the same thing from being posted over and over again. Things such as occupancy, for one.
For now we want to keep all AKV discussion in one local place. There were over a dozen threads going, most of them saying the same thing, so they were merged into one main discussion thread. Within those dozen threads there were already posts about why or why not purchase, so the thread that was closed was not even a new topic.
There is no reason why this question would need it's own thread over any other questions needing their own thread. This is no more special than any other questions others are asking, and topics being discussed.
Feel free to post on the AKV discussion thread anything you want about buying or not buying.

I don't understand why this thread got closed. Seems like a perfectectly good question to me? This is the DVC Mousellaneous board isn't it? What is the MAIN THREAD? I don't understand why the post from Huff590 got closed! Makes no sense. Sorry Caskbill... I truly respect you, but I don't understand this.
