Ive been part time for 2 years now- Its about half and half for the benifits- I'm pretty sure I got my discount card the first few weeks and paid holidays start after 90 days- I believe you can apply for benefits (health etc) about then (dont use Walmart insurance), stock purchase plan starts at hiring
I know my paid vacation/personal hours jsut started in March (my 2 year anniv)
Being this late in the year- I doubt you'd see much if any of the stakeholders bonus
All in all Marts a pretty decent employer- I love the fact I can go to 40 hours when out of school and back to 21 when in school without a hassle...
