Yes, this is what i was thinking exactly but really i think the Treasure Detector Magic will be from a new pirates quest at the parks. Flying Carpet Magic is sadly a year old already and still has not been released. The first time i saw it was right after public beta and it still has not come. mSo i do not know about if this will have an affect on the time they come out or not
