I am weak! (Confessions of a DVC Addict)

Our last DVC stay was in October, and the original plan was that we weren't going to return to WDW until next October, thereby going 18 months without APs (we used a special ticket deal in October). We are going to HH in June to try something a little different.

Then, we decided that we needed to add some points at VWL. Our waitlist came through, and we got the extra points. We made a joint decision to just bank this years points, and keep our vacation plans as they were.

And then... dh's job messed it up!

He found out that he'll be in West Palm Beach on business while ds is on Spring Break in March. So, I said great! We'll join you for the week, and we'll hang out on the beach. Then we realized that we would have to practically drive down Main Street USA to get home (okay... maybe just the Floridas Turnpike, but if you squint, it's pretty close to Main Street).

So, I called MS, and they happened to have room for us at BCVs. We're now spending the week at the beach, and the weekend at WDW. DVC makes it too easy!


And I confess.... I'm weak!

I just checked my map. You are right, WDW is just a very tiny distance from the beach! About the length of a thumb print. I would have done the same thing! Have a great trip!

My philosophy is to take advantage of life's offerings!! and I think this is one of them.

Enjoy - those "we didnt' plan" trips are great. We had to take an extra trip last year, 'cause we didn't want to loose our points!!
