I am tempted to resoert to immature methods of dealing with a Co-worker

Actually this person and I have been butting heads since she started here a few months ago. She is very difficult to work with and has absolutly no social skills. Today she was rude to me in front of coworkers and parents. I now have to call her into my office and reprimand her. I still do not think she will get it. If i were her direct supervisor I would start writing her up for termination. She is stepping on my VERY LAST NERVE

I know that it's tempting, but I would try to stay out of her orbit! I would ignore her and act like you are really busy if she comes over, unless you have to work directly with her.

Is her name Pam? LOL I went through that 2 years ago. Thankfully the higher ups got involved and she finally got fired!

I think dealing with someone who is annoying by ignoring them is Usually the way I handle a situation....BUT when they humiliate you in front of other people and on purpose to make you look bad I say....Let them know and nip it in the bud!

Sounds like me and one of my co-workers. Unfortunately, we are at the same level, so unless my boss witnesses it, I just have to let it slide.

I had my talk with her and her supervisor who is on the same level as I am. I hope she relizes how bad her slip of the tongue was but I think she does not get it
