In my family we have had...Mom (lung), Dad (Hodgkins), grandfather (brain), grandfather (stomach), grandmother (breast)...then among my mom's siblings aunt (lung), aunt (breast), uncle (leukemia), uncle (thyroid), uncle (prostate then kidney). It is a horrible disease.

My sincere prayers go out to all you are battling this...

I have a neighbor with esophageal tumor, really AGGRESSIVE, diagnosed mid spring, now with weeks/months to live.

And a previous co-worker, a nurse who scrubbed neuro cases in the OR, with a fast growing cranial tumor. Another irony of life.
