I am so stressed, I did NOT RSVP to my graduation!

A few months back I received a letter with all important dates for graduates and IDK, I think I said to myself "I did all of this last May, handed in all my paperwork to graduate" and I just put the April date on my calendar to pick up invitations for family and cap and gown stuff. I really "graduated" in Dec 09, but the ceremony is at the end of May.
Well this morning I pulled out the important dates letter to make sure the date I wrote down was correct and I see...I was supposed to RSVP on the computer for the ceremony no later than Feb 22nd! I am so upset, I feel like such an idiot! I called the school today and no one is there til the 6th b/c of Easter break.
Someone please tell me that they won't say to me "Sorry you can't walk May 21st!"
I feel like such an idiot right now, I am always so good with dates and being punctual for things.

Talk to your adviser, I'm sure you will still be able to walk and graduate.

I actually found out a couple of weeks before that I would be able to graduate at the end of spring quarter instead of summer quarter due to a change in graduation requirements. The secretary of my department was able to get everything all filed, I was able to get my gown, walk, etc. The actual diploma was sent at a later date anyway. And I received mine the same time as DH, who had everything filed earlier. The only thing was the official program did not list my name. I was listed in the next graduation ceremony, and I had a friend get me a copy of that.

Thanks, I hope you are right.
I mean the actually graduation is still well over a month away so I really don't see what the big deal is, I just cannot believe that i did that, I am so upset. I worked so hard for 4 years with DD in tow.
When I call the school I don't even know what to say to them, they are surely going to think I am a huge idiot.

They probably set that deadline to print the diploma's or something. I am sure they are used to forgetful college students so I wouldn't worry too much.

You can prob still go, but your name prob wont be in the printed programs.

Well I should be receiving my diploma any day now in the mail as I actually did "graduate" in December, the school only does one ceremony though a year.
I hope its just the program thing. That would probably just go in the garbage anyway lol.
