I am so ready for Christmas!

My daughter's first American Girl doll and stuff just came in the mail. I am so excited to play with it that I can hardly stand it! I really hope that she likes it. Think DH would be upset if I gave her big present & a few smaller ones to her today?

I remember the American Girl Christmases at my house - they were wonderful and so special!!!! One year Santa brought the whole little mouse set - can't remember the name of it now but it had little plush figures, real furniture, etc. It was all set up on the floor and when DD saw it she gasped!!! One of my favorite memories...

I can't wait for Christmas, either. Last year I was behind and never did get everything finished the way I wanted to, so I started early this year. My house is all decorated and I have just a few more ornaments to hang on the tree. I am almost finished shopping - I will be after this weekend. Then next week I am going to clear the decks and wrap like crazy!! I am also going to deliver all the neighbor/hairdresser/friend gifts next week as well. Then I will just have family gifts to help Santa with!!

I understand, I have a couple of boxes hidden away that I can't wait to play with (umm give to my DD LOL). I am excited for Christmas morning!

I had my DD's sent to my grandma's. It arrived on Monday. I have to go over there and pick it up.

It is the only thing that she wanted for Christmas. I did order pjs for her and doll.
And an outfit from my grandma.

DD's birthday is in Jan. so, I am sure she will be getting quite a bit of AG stuff.

My DD got the Bitty twins and stroller last year. They were sitting in the stroller right in front of the tree. DD had to be "reminded" to open the rest of her presents LOL. I am hoping for a repeat this year.

Oh how I miss those years! My DDs are 15 and 17 now, so no dolls under the tree, but they were so thrilled when Santa left them their American Girl dolls. I hope the company still exists when I have grandchildren, and hopefully I'll have a few granddaughters to buy AG for, or give them the 4 bins of dolls/stuff that now reside in my closet.

No decorations ...very few presents from santa ...BUT we'll be as WDW on the 23rd for 10 night!!!
