I just got an offer for a job with a new company with about a 20% pay increase!!!!! Holy crap, I'm going to wet myself.

Yes, I am going to negotiate. So far, it is just a verbal offer, but when the official offer comes with all the details on insurance and holidays, I will definitely be negotiating. The new place is an additional 20 minute drive which I am not excited about.
