From your W.I.S.H clippie it looks like you have lost 20lbs already? So are you going just to give all those hard earned pounds back because you had a couple of bad days? NO YOU ARE NOT!!! - Get back on track - We are all at one time or another - whether planned or not going to fall off track - Hey thats life - its what we do after that counts - Stop beating yourself up over this - look at the positive - You have losted 20lbs!!!!! - So chalk up the past few days as a bump in the road and continue doing the marvelous job you have been doing to lose weight!! I KNOW YOU CAN!! 
Some days you just can't seem to stay focused....but that is okay....we are all human, and we all do things we know we shouldn't...but you are entitled to make mistakes and learn from them! You did great for the month and then fell off a bit...now get back up!!!
