I am riding solo now a Complete TR, New Photos :)

Here now at the Disneyland Hotel. I am in the adventure tower 5th floor with a pool view of construction :lmao: Arrived to the parks around 12, rode Pirates, Indy and Star Tours. Ate lunch at the hungry bear, the fried tomato sandwich is to die for. Heading out to the pool and to have an adult beverage.

Hope you're having good weather and small crowds. Enjoy your trip!!

Thanks!! The crowds aren't bad and I have the option of single rider and the sweet guy at the front desk at the DLH gave me 4 fast passes :cool1: I can use them anytime. I must admit the pool here sucks righty now at the DLH, I went to Trader Joes and it's amazing!! The mojito rocks there. Just had a shower and going to go over to Cali Adventure for an hour or so before dinner at Goofy's at 7. So far this solo trip rocks even though I miss my DH terribly. I keep texting him updates, but its more like torture.

Day 2 of my DL adventure, I hate the time change I have been up since 445 am. I lucked out last night and a nice lady gave me all their fast passes as they were leaving and never used them. So now I have a total of 10 fast passes that I can use at anytime! Talk about luck. This morning I plan on hitting the early morning hour at 7 to ride Space Mountain, Nemo and do a couple of the Fantasyland rides. After that I will grab a little breakfast and who know what the day will bring from there.

By the way the beds at the DLH are amazing! I can't believe anyone would ever give this hotel a bad review!

We're all living vicariously through you right now! popcorn:: Did you use Single Rider on Day 1, then, for Pirates, Indy and Star Tours? If so, how long did it take?

I can't believe your luck with the FPs from the hotel and then from the Good Samaritan!

Hope you're having a blast! Sounds like you are.

I'm happy you love the hotel!
Can't wait to hear more!!
Have a Fun and Magical day!:wizard:

Yesterday I did single rider for Indy took 20 mintues when the wait time was 70:scared1: I used one of my FP for Star Tours, was on in 15 minutes, the wait time was like 130 min. POTC I just jumped in line.

Whew what a day so far. I spent from 7 till 2 in the parks today. I went to the early magical morning and was 2nd in line at the gates. I ran to Nemo and was on the first boat out. I can remember in 07 we waited an hour, I am sure the line is super long right now. After that went on Space Mountain, took 15 min in line on that one. After that I road Mr. Toad, Big Thunder, and walked on Splash!! I was seated in the last seat and didn't get wet at all, man do I know were I want to sit now :lmao::lmao: I tried to get breakfast at the Riverbelle, I had never been in there, but they we're taking forever. So I skipped breakfast and went to DCA were I went on Soarin on the single rider line. Took 15 min to ride, the line was already long. After that I went over to the boardwalk and saw the wait for The Little Mermaid was 40 min. I am glad I walked on that baby yesterday. By 11 I was starving because I was on Texas time and didn't eat breakfast, so I went to an old favorite Taste Pilots Grill and had a burger and fries. It was okay, it stuffed me. I must say the CM's there are very rude and grouchy. After lunch I rode Monsters Inc., which is very similiar to the one in Tokyo Disney. Then at noon I jumped in line for the wonderful Aladdin show and scored an awesome seat. That was my third time since 07 to see that show. It alone is worth the price of admission. I am going to chill at the hotel now, it's too hot and crowded. Going early today was a lifesaver! The weather was so nice. Later on I will go back for Fantasmic and Fireworks, and of course a beloved dole whip!!

Thanks for posting it sounds very bust today!
Enjoy the evening and the Dole Whip!:woohoo:

Sounds like you're having a great time! Don't you love it when you see a posted wait time that is extremely long and you can almost just walk on thru the FP line?

I love it! If only Toy Story had one. There is nothing I will wait that long for and that ride is fun but over hour is just too long.

Well I was able to see WOC last night with a front row seat on the railing at the very bottom thanks to my dining package at Wine Country Trattoria. Dinner was fab and i will post pics when I return back to Texas. I waited an hour at the check in and was the 4th person in line. What an amazing show, this show was worth the package and the waiting. The show was so good I wish I could cancel my DW food and wine trip for Nov and bring my DH here to see it. Did I mention I got soaked at the front:lmao:

This morning I went to DL for the 8am opening and was able to ride Splash Mountain, Indy,Pooh,Haunted Mansion, and Roger Rabbit all by 9:30. Whew, and no fast passes required. I went over to ride Screamin again in DCA, disappointed that the music doesn't play anymore. I have ridden it 3 times and no fun music :confused3

Back at the hotel now listening and watching the construction on the new DLH pool.

You might need to mention your words about WoC to any CM you see wearing a suit in WDW.

What I have heard is on screamin, one of the trains doesn't have music the others do. I don't know if this is true, but I have only been unlucky once.

Do you have any pool pictures?

Yes ones of the construction and I took some from my room.

Heading out for one last meal, breakfast at the Tangaroa Terrace. The food here is quite good and very reasonable. Flight leaves at 10, so I am taking the 8am DL Express Bus! I had a great solo trip and have lots of pictures, info, and tips to share with everyone. Would I do it again? Why yes I would. Talk to you all when I get back to good ol' hot San Antonio, Texas :goodvibes

Thanks for taking the time to share your trip with us!!
Safe travel's!:hippie:

I am trying to find my cord for the laptop to upload the pics. I can't wait to start posting them.
