Not that we could say we had one but our ISP did say it ( couldn't prove it though ).
After reformating the hard drive , debuging and updating Norton with every single update there was on the market, I just called my ISP and asked them to please run the test on my computer again, it took them about 20 minutes but they came back and told me that there's nothing reported on my computer on their test and that the troubleshooting ticket they had on my computer would be closed today as we spoke. They also admitted to having a few internal problems themselves. I'm a happy camper!
