I am kicking myself, how do I count this week of exercise?

I was at boyscout camp all week with my boys and walked pretty much most of the time.

I SHOULD have put on my pedometer, but it is too late now.

I just know at the end of the day I was completely exhausted.

What would you count the amount as?

I would count it however many MILES I wanted. The important part is you were walking and moving about. What is your daily goal? I'm sure you've more than met that for each day.

Yes, I am sure I did meet that. My goal is 3-4 miles for 3-4 times per week.

I am trying to get my pedometer to 10,000 steps per day. Right now I am still not able to get there. I average around 6,000-7,000, even with 3 miles on the treadmill.

I'm sure you got in those 10,000 steps om vaca. That is great that you are adding your steps. The 10,000 steps program is wonderful to get you on that path to being a healthier you.

I totally agree. The 10,000 steps program is wonderful. The pedometer is a great tool to remind you each day you have to keep moving to get there.

If you are at Boyscout's camp I'm sure you have more than met the 3-4 miles you are currently shooting for. :thumbsup2

It was storming here when I was on my way home. If you got your steps in early maybe I'm thinking you've got a good start.
 
Well, yesterday I didn't do the steps. I swam with my boys in our pool and then did 39 min. of The Firm workout tape.

Today I can barely move! I haven't done weights for a while! I should have known better!

I have tried the Firm a couple of times, but I have not done the Firm as a program. I have seen the results from some and heard from most who have continued to use the Firm that it really is a good w/o program.
