I am crossing the finish line and someone blocked my picture????

Can they crop someone out of a picture does anyone know? It would be a great shot other than that- same at the castle too.

When you order the picture you usually are able to crop it some to get others out of it or focus in on you in the picture. I know I have done it in the past.
