I am confused if I fly Air Tran can I use Magical Express?

We have never used Magical Express before so I am trying to look into it. Air Tran is not one of the Airlines on the list. If I use Air Tran how would this work? Thanks

Yes, you can. Anyone can use DME for their arrival into MCO. It makes no difference what airline you are flying in on. Just put those yellow luggage tags on your checked luggage, then when you get to MCO, head to the DME welcome desk on Side A of the terminal, on the bottom level.
It's your return that could vary. Again, anyone leaving a WDW resort (with the exception of SoG, Swan and Dolphin) can ride the DME bus back to the airport. The different part is this...if you are flying out on one of the 'participating' airlines, you will be able to check your luggage at your resort, at a special desk area. You will get your boarding passes, and then you don't have to checkin at MCO....no baggage to check, you just head right for security. If you are not flying out on one of those 'participating' airlines, you will be told what time your bus will be leaving. You just take your bags with you, get to the bus, the drivr will stow your luggage underneath the bus, you will get to MCO, check your luggage, check-in yourself, and then head to security. That's the difference.

Any one can use DME if they are flying in to MCO, it is not tied to only some airlines. I have used AirTran twice so far. The only thing that you can't do is check your baggage in the hotel lobby for your return. You will have to take your baggage to the bus, where it will loaded in the baggage compartment below the pasenger compartment. When you get back to MCO you will either have to carry your own baggage through check in or use a red cap.

By the way the guest services window in the hotel lobby will be able to get your loading passes for your return trip printed out 24hrs before your departure IF they have internet access and if it is not too busy. We did this last May at POFQ and, even with having to carry our own baggage through check in, we breezed right through since we already had our boarding passes.
