I almost cried in the Disney store today...

I walked in and starting browsing when I heard "kiss the girl" start playing and I just thought about our upcoming trip and I got very emotional....I thought only my fellow Disers would appreciate this...by they way, they were having a great sale!

I get like that all the time when they show the park promotions!

I stop whatever I'm doing when I hear the the horses on the TV commercial.

I drive my kids nuts. Every time we go to the mall we have to go to the Disney Store. I walk around singing all the songs. Keeps me in the spirit.

I always clap my hands when the commercial comes on...I become all teary eyed with the hopes that someday I can take my future kids to WDW! My DFi just stares at me with this look of, "Really...?" He loves Disney too, but I don't think a commercial would ever make him emotional!

I got emotional with the Jasmine crown my daughter got in her happy meal from mcdonalds.

Sometimes I feel brainwashed by it all...but I think what really drives my passion for Disney World is that since my first trip at 2 in 1974, other than the birth of mychildren, Disney holds my fondest memories. Especially the memories as a little kid because my family is broken up now and those were the happiest times for us so it's nice to go back to that.

Not to mention our Honeymoon (dh's first trip ever), and the first time we took the kids.

Just got to get through 2 more days and we'll be headed south...

I know what you mean about the sound of the horses. I run to the tv if I hear them. I wish they were still showing the one where the girl turned into Cinderella when she walked thru a door. That always gave me the chills, in a good way!

I see the Cinderella's Castle at the begining of the movies and I start crying! The new intro with all the pictures from different Disney movies is a tear jurker for me too. Me and DH love the "horses" too. We always say "I'm too excited to sleep!"

I love the Disney Store. I just can't walk into there without buying something. I ned to go shopping for our upcoming trip. We are making our own welcome bakets for our DD 9 and 10. So far we have a beach bag, towel, mickey flip flops, some trading pins, and cups. I want to get them a set of pajamas and a t-shirt. Yeah, can't wait.

I am sooooooo glad to know I am not the ONLY one who tears up at anything Disney. I see the commercial, I tear up. I watch the travel channel specials...I tear up.......I read things on here.....I tear up. I can't seem to help myself. I actually am tearing up writing this LOL.........I drive my kids NUTS. Funny thing is, my DH is a "mans man" so to speak, but he is as big a Disney freak as I am!

I know how you feel. The commercial sends me running to the T.V. The Disneystore can bring me to tears. Sometimes if I close my eyes I can actually feel like I am there. My DH thinks there might be something wrong with me. I just can't help it. No matter what it will always be the most magical place on earth.

When we went to WDW last year we cried when we left...its was very sad

Hello... can we like start some sort of support therapy here? You can't imagine what a relief it is to find this post.

I mean, really, I thought I was the only 1. I've watched our trip planning DVD about 100 times... My girls are saying "Mom... not again, please!"

The hoofbeats commercial... yes... Dinsey Store Trips...too numerous to mention... fave commerical...."We're too excited to sleep". And is anyone else crying everytime they hear, "Dance with Cinderella" by Steven Curtis Chapman???

I've even started youtubing other people's vacation videos, just so I can live it through their eyes. I mean...somebody stop me... I'm vacation video stalker now.

I'm sick, I tell you. I'm sick. Where'd I put that pixie dust.

Everytime I go into the disney store i always drag who ever i am with inside and look around at everything and buy nothing haha. Because its mostly all toys! I just like to look at it all.

We were also married at Disney so I cry thinking about that & how beautiful our day was....

I almost cried in the Disney Store yesterday too, but it was because they had the big liquidation signs up and the manager said she didn't forsee them bringing any more Disney stores back to our area (other than the 1 they're keeping across the city from me) for a long time. I never thought Disney clearance merchandise would ever make me cry!!
