I-75 construction update for south Georgia

We just got back from a road trip to WDW.

There is still substantial construction in south Georgia, but we managed just fine.

Down to 2 lanes with speed limits as low as 50 for several miles. Concrete barriers on at least one side.

We traveled south late one night and early the next morning with no problems.

On our return trip north we were in that section on a friday afternoon- no problems.

The police were out in force enforcing the speed limit on the Friday afternoon we were traveling.

Thanks for posting that update and I guess it will be like the 1st weekend of August my family and I drove down I-75.

Why does it seem like there is always road construction in south Ga? I have been driving to WDW since the 90s and it was under construction back then as well.
