I’m a planner and not having a Navigator in advance is giving me anxiety

I don't know if either of you enjoy whiskey or whiskey based cocktails. If so, one recommendation might be to try to get an appointment (get a haircut or a mani/pedi) with Hook's barbery. Not exactly a tasting but could be a different experience

Unless something has changed, you don't actually need a booked service to get a drink at Hook's Barbery. I went just randomly on my Wish cruise last year and definitely recommend if you like Old Fashioned's! The only tricky thing is figuring out the hours since they're very limited (I think you're actually better off having late dining if this is something you want to do, I feel like they were only open like 5-8 or something like that). It's a pretty neat experience (but it can be pricy, be warned!).

I don't think anyone else has suggested the spa or rainforest room. While the Wish rainforest room is not my favorite of the DCL ships, it could still be a fun adult activity if you're looking for something to do. Again, take advantage of having late dining and go during first seating and it'll be a lot less crowded. We also had a good time doing the 'Float on Water' couples massage experience, even if it was in a windowless room :P
