Hygge Bands

Has anyone here tried them? I did a quick search here and nothing came up. I keep seeing ads for them and am wondering if they are actually absorbent and if they slip or stay in place while running or working out. There are a lot of cute patterns, but I'm hoping for personal recommendations before trying them. Thanks!
