Looking at staying one night before our upcoming cruise at the Hyatt at MCO. I've searched the boards and saw that they have a govt rate. Have any Canadians working for govt had success applying this rate? We are also travelling with 5 people so I'm wondering if we can apply the rate to two rooms as well. We could do a roll away cot too if thats an option. Thanks for your input.

Have you checked hotwire? It comes up quite often.

I got it off Hotwire the other day. I got it for $160. Higher than I would have liked but worth it to me. We're flying home on December 23rd which is one of the busiest days of the year and our flight leaves at 7:15 a.m.:scared:
It will be a huge bonus to walk downstairs and line up rather than coming on Magical Express or from anywhere else and having to be up at 2 or 3. At least this way I think we'll be good to head down at 5:00 to get checked in

I was checking that rate yesterday and in the terms it does say for US federal employee or Florida state employee, nothing about Canadian government employees.

Looks like they will not let 5 people stay in a room, they will make us get two rooms, even with a discounted rate it will still be pricey getting two rooms. Anyone stay at Holiday Inn Express Airport? We can get a room with a sofa bed there, plus free breakfast in morning. We would have to take their shuttle to and from airport but looks to be free. Any other options I'm missing? We would rather not stay at Disney because the shuttle leaves so late for the port
