This will be our first time participating in EMM. From research, It appears they let you in Toy Story Land around 7:30am, so ideal arrival at the gate would be around 6:30-45am.
I’ve also seen some hit the breakfast prior to tackling the attractions.
What would be the best game-plan to maximize attraction time, yet still squeeze in the provided breakfast?

There’s a whole thread on the TSL EMM that should answer any questions you have. Generally speaking it seems the best way to maximize your time is to keep hitting the rides in TSL until the park opens, then hit a couple of rides outside of TSL while the crowds are flowing in that direction. It should leave you time to get breakfast by 9:45ish.
