Husband cant use Magical express to get to AKL from Airport because

he's arriving on the 19th and our package is for 17-20!
How can I get him there? Will I need to start our car rental on the 19th?
(the 20-26 we're changing to BCV)

Who told you your dh couldn't get to your resort from MCO using DME on the 19th?? I arrived on a Monday, dd and dh arrived Tuesday, very late evening. They had no problems.
According to DME, and I called them and asked, everyone arriving at MCO and staying at a WDW resort (have to be listed on the reservation) gets a ride to and from their resort via DME. Now, possibly CRO told you this...they tried telling me the same thing, but since I had already talked to DME directly, I knew it was possible. Keep calling them, tell them to put you on hold, and have them call DME directly, in order to walk them through the process of getting your dh listed.

Is this a new rule?? We arrived last September on a Wednesday and my daughter arrived 2 days later on Friday and she had no problem using DME. As long as her name was on a reservation for a room, you could use DME. We called and made her reservation with DME directly, but was told she could just get in line and make them herself too. She was not using the luggage service as she only had a carryon.

We had no problems in May with party members coming/leaving on different days.
