From what I have heard on this side (SW) of the state, I-75 from Naples to Sarasota earlier today was a bit clogged up with evacuees.... You guys were lucky that you didn't have clogged up roads last year..we did with Charley... and we are with Wilma...

Yeah but most of those people aren't REAL floridians there SnOWBIRDS from up north and we ALL know how they drive!!!!

It was not the snowbirds who made I4 West worse because they thought there was a crashed plane on the side of the highway in Polk City.

No joke, it happened when people were returning to Tampa after Charley.

by the way the NFL seems to have ignored the State of Emergency. The Dolphins are playing the Chiefs live from Miami Friday night at 7:00PM! Go figure.

No spin zone alert (or stated differently, "nice try") - that game was moved up from Sunday to Friday because of the hurricane!!!!
